OUR IMPACT 

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the Firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. 

PWM Operations supports PWM Private Wealth Advisors (PWA). PWAs are responsible for advising ultra-high net worth individuals on strategies to build and protect their financial assets through customized advice and services. 

PWM Operations is instrumental in meeting our clients' needs and is responsible for several key processes which include asset transfers, client servicing, execution services, account opening, performance measurement, and reporting. 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL 

The PWM COB Team is responsible for reviewing Account Onboarding and Maintenance documentations meet regulatory requirements. 

The team plays a key role in safeguarding the firm by performing the following key functions: 

Understand the different client account structures and legal documentation required to establish new accounts 

Review the accuracy and completeness of account documentation and all required signatures have been obtained 

Ensuring organizational documents are obtained in accordance with firm policy and regulatory requirements 

Perform data input into the system for proper account set up 

Ensure suitability review has been completed 

Identify red flags at client onboarding stage 

Partner with AML Compliance to ensure new p olicies and regulations are fully implemented 

Be vigilant in due diligence reviews of new client screening for AML & Know Your Client requirements 

Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services

Resolve issues through coordination with PWM Teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal 

Ensure the updated documentations are properly stored into the central documents depository for completeness 

Continuously identify and implement process improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

Bachelor’s degree 

Experience in AML or other Client Onboarding Regulatory experience 

Excellent in English and Mandarin 

Highly motivated and results orientated 

Have a high level of self-initiative to challenge and improve processes 

Strong understanding of risk and control framework in operations 

Has strong interpersonal skills to establish Business and Federation relationships 

Able to manage multiple tasks or projects and manage deadlines effectively 

Strong team player who is able to work under pressure

Ability to guide and mentor team members

阮琳谦（记者 杨佳旭）09月23日,“三只羊”再起波澜。今年中秋节期间，合肥三只羊网络科技有限公司（以下简称“三只羊网络”）因为直播售卖“香港美诚月饼”而遭遇当地市场监管部门稽查。“黑松露入料，米其林大师调制”的宣传内容也遭公众质疑。职业打假人王海向现代快报（报料邮箱：xdkb123@163.com）透露，美诚月饼中部分配料实为“黑松露流心酱”，与真正的黑松露相去甚远。“就像大虾和虾酱一样，能是一回事吗？”“黑松露”还是“黑松露流心酱”？除了宣扬美诚月饼是香港品牌、在当地售卖热度高以外，三只羊网络还在直播间中重点宣传，称其售卖的美诚月饼部分产品配料中含黑松露，由米其林大师调制。美诚月饼的配料表对此，职业打假人王海购买了美诚月饼部分产品，并进行了测评。“我们购买的这个号称‘销量全国第一’的黑松露流心奶黄月饼里，并没有所谓的什么‘黑松露’。”王海晒出配料表并告诉记者，该款月饼产品中并未直接添加黑松露，而是添加了黑松露流心酱。而黑松露流心酱的成分中，排前三位的分别是麦芽糖醇液、奶油和水，第四位才是速冻黑松露。“黑松露和黑松露流心酱的关系，就像大虾和虾酱一样，绝无可能混为一谈。”王海说。此外，王海还表示，月饼配料表中的成分注明方式，有可能还违反了食品安全法。“黑松露是三只羊网络特别强调的配料，但配料表只标示了黑松露流心酱的添加量大于等于2%，并没有标示黑松露的含量。根据食品安全国家标准——预包装食品标签通则的规定，如果在食品标签或食品说明书上特别强调添加了或含有一种或多种有价值、有特性的配料或成分，应标示所强调配料或成分的添加量或在成品中的含量。”在王海看来，此款月饼不符合食品安全标准，依据食品安全法第一百四十八条的规定，应当向向消费者退一赔十。并且，王海还认为，有关市场监管部门应当对美诚月饼的产品标签也进行抽检。对于王海的观点，江苏法德东恒律师事务所王捷律师认为确有合理之处。他表示，美诚黑松露流心奶黄月饼突出强调含有黑松露，配料表中却未依规显示价值较高的黑松露的含量，涉嫌不符合食品安全法相关标准，消费者有权要求生产者或经营者承担惩罚性赔偿责任。“国家对预包装食品标签实行强制性管理，目的在于保障消费者的知情权，使消费者可以借助标签来了解食品的情况，作出合理选择。美诚月饼突出强调了含有黑松露，但未明确标注黑松露的含量，可能会对消费者产生误导。”王捷律师说。市场监管部门：月饼生产厂家暂未发现问题美诚月饼的产品标签根据美诚月饼的产品标签显示，月饼品牌（中国）运营中心为广州市美诚食品有限公司，生产厂商则为两家：一家为广州市美诚食品科技有限公司，所在地为广州市花都区；一家为佛山市美诚食品有限公司，所在地为佛山市南海区。据广州市美诚食品有限公司官网介绍显示，广州市美诚食品有限公司、广州市美诚食品科技有限公司、佛山市美诚食品有限公司均隶属于香港美诚食品集团有限公司。美诚食品官网截图9月18日上午，针对地处佛山的另一月饼生产厂家，现代快报记者致电联系了佛山市市场监督管理局。工作人员向记者透露，前几日该局就已经介入处理“香港美诚月饼”事件。“经查发现，厂家具有营业执照和食品生产许可证，也拥有香港美诚食品集团有限公司和广州市美诚食品科技有限公司的合法授权书。”工作人员表示，佛山厂家生产的月饼经过抽检，并未发现食品安全问题。当日中午，广州市花都区市场监督管理局也发布通报，称美诚月饼生产厂家之一——广州市美诚食品科技有限公司的食品生产证照齐全，食品安全抽检合格。记者随后致电联系了广州市美诚食品科技有限公司以及佛山市美诚食品有限公司，电话均未有人接听。17日，合肥市高新区市场监管局通报称，已对三只羊网络科技有限公司涉嫌“误导消费者”等行为立案调查。最新进展如何？现代快报记者于9月18日下午致电联系了合肥市高新区市场监督管理局。工作人员表示，目前该事件仍在调查中，如果有新的进展或者结果，会及时公布。现代快报/现代+记者 朱绍岳
