OUR IMPACT 

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the Firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. 

PWM Operations supports PWM Private Wealth Advisors (PWA). PWAs are responsible for advising ultra-high net worth individuals on strategies to build and protect their financial assets through customized advice and services. 

PWM Operations is instrumental in meeting our clients' needs and is responsible for several key processes which include asset transfers, client servicing, execution services, account opening, performance measurement, and reporting. 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL 

The PWM COB Team is responsible for reviewing Account Onboarding and Maintenance documentations meet regulatory requirements. 

The team plays a key role in safegu arding the firm by performing the following key functions: 

Understand the different client account structures and legal documentation required to establish new accounts 

Review the accuracy and completeness of account documentation and all required signatures have been obtained 

Ensuring organizational documents are obtained in accordance with firm policy and regulatory requirements 

Perform data input into the system for proper account set up 

Ensure suitability review has been completed 

Identify red flags at client onboarding stage 

Partner with AML Compliance to ensure new policies and regulations are fully implemented 

Be vigilant in due diligence reviews of new client screening for AML & Know Your Client requirements 

Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services

Resolve issues through coordination with PWM Teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal 

Ensure the updated documentations are properly stored into the central documents depository for completeness 

Continuously identify and implement process improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

Bachelor’s degree 

Experience in AML or other Client Onboarding Regulatory experience 

Excellent in English and Mandarin 

Highly motivated and results orientated 

Have a high level of self-initiative to challenge and improve processes 

Strong understanding of risk and control framework in operations 

Has strong interpersonal skills to establish Business and Federation relationships 

Able to manage multiple tasks or projects and manage deadlines effectively 

Strong team player who is able to work under pressure

Ability to guide and mentor team members

戴怡忠（记者 齐亚绮）09月23日,库尔斯克的局势发生了反转，俄军在短短48小时内推进了3000米，重新夺回了近200平方公里的失地，还一举切断了乌军的补给线，让乌方不得不做出最坏的打算。俄罗斯针对收复库尔斯克地区失地的努力没有白费，俄军集结兵力向乌军发起了截止到目前为止规模最大的反攻，乌军此前建立的多个阵地被冲垮，只能不断后撤，让俄终于看到了胜利的曙光。俄军的反攻取得了巨大成果：10个村镇共计约200平方公里的土地被夺回，乌军的重要补给线也几乎被切断。库尔斯克州冲突非常激烈原本的局势中，乌军局面一片大好，进可攻退可守，战术选择非常灵活，反观俄军则要面临本土被入侵和部队质量参差不齐的双重困境，谁能想到转瞬之间，双方的处境发生了逆转。导致这一结果的根本原因在于，俄乌选择了完全不同的战术：从冲突开始，乌军就采取了灵活的防御策略，利用地形优势和城市环境进行游击战和防御作战，在城市周边通过设置路障、挖掘战壕和部署便携式反坦克武器来迟滞俄军进攻，实施消耗战。为了避免被俄军的大规模火力覆盖，乌军采取了分散部署战术，小队作战单位在广大的乡村地区实施机动防御和伏击，同时利用机动性强的轻装部队进行快速反击，袭击俄军的后勤线和薄弱环节。此外，场外因素的介入也非常关键，乌克兰利用西方提供的卫星情报和无人机进行侦察，精确识别俄军高价值目标，随后使用北约援助的精确制导武器进行定点清除，有效地打击了俄军的装甲车辆和指挥中心，取得了局部的胜利。而俄军的战术选择则是从宏观角度入手，利用其在火炮和导弹方面的数量及质量优势，对乌军阵地进行了大规模的火力压制。俄军武装直升机在冲突中俄军的多管火箭炮系统、战术弹道导弹以及空基和海基巡航导弹的远程精确打击给乌军带去了巨大的威胁，大量破坏了乌军的指挥控制中心、通信节点和重要防御工事，削弱其抵抗能力。此外，俄军将空中优势发挥的很充分，利用苏-30SM、苏-35等先进战斗机进行空中巡逻和打击任务，以及无人机进行侦察和目标指引，增强地面部队的作战效能。最后在这场反攻行动中真正一锤定音的是装甲突击与机械化推进，俄军队利用坦克部队和机械化步兵车辆进行快速突破和纵深突袭，成功分割乌军防线，切断其补给线，对关键地点实施包围和占领。俄军俘虏乌军这两种战术没有高下之分，俄乌两军的决策层均使用了最适合自己的战术，但从结果上来看，后勤补给能力成为了这场战斗的关键，补给线被切断的乌军只有败退一个下场。按照现在的趋势发展下去，乌方必须做好最坏的打算：不仅库尔斯克州的乌军要撤离，甚至乌克兰本土的苏梅州都要做好准备，迎接反推回来的俄军。
