程伟雄认为，国内大众化的服饰品牌出海难，是因为中国服饰品牌发展时间尚短，而海外客户对中国品牌的认知需要时间。此外，品牌认知本质上是文化认知，所以品牌出海也要考虑打造自己品牌的护城河。

　　Though the IAEA has yet to complete a comprehensive review after three investigations in Japan, the Japanese side has been pushing through the approval process for its discharge plan and even started building facilities for the discharge. It is rather irresponsible for Japan to act against public opinion at home and concerns abroad.
